In order to apply for admission to Our Lady of the Rosary Learning Center (OLRLC) the following documents need to be reviewed by the applicant:

Parent Student Handbook
The Parent Student handbook contains all the policies that OLRLC practices. It must be read so that you are aware of the practices of the center and the center's expectation from you for the success of your child.

Emergency Responses Supplement to the handbook
During our Licensing inspection, the inspector wanted us to have a clearer description of how we handle emergencies in the handbook so this supplement was written and will be incorporated into next year's issue of the handbook.

Covid Supplement to the handbook
This supplement explains some of the enhanced procedures that will be implemented during the pandemic. It impacts especially drop off and pick up procedures.

Calendar
The calendar is color coded to mark the holidays and local in service days that the learning center observes. The center will not be open on those days.

Application Form
The application form details the information and the documents required to register your child with the learning center. Print off this form. Fill it out. Gather the required documents such as Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, etc. Then call Sister Fe Gamotin at 361-939-9847 to turn in the application and registration fee.

Admittance Form
Prior to turning over your child to the Learning Center each day, the Child's guardian will be required to submit this form that vouches for your child's COVID health and exposure. This is required to prevent the spread to the other children in the Learning Center.

The children at Our Lady of the Rosary Center are required to bring their own personal belongings labeled with the child's name for easy identification. Click on the links below to see the current recommended list of items.
