Our Lady of the Rosary Learning Center (OLRLC) prides itself in having a teaching staff of sisters who have teaching degrees. All staff have been cleared to work with children by the Texas Department of Family Protective Services. They have passed background checks that included a fingerprint search. Prior to reopening the center this year, all the care givers have taken classes dealing with the COVID-19 virus to enhance their awareness of how it can spread and what they can do to minimize the chances of it spreading throughout the learning center.

Sister Perlita Bagundal, O.P. cares for 18 Month to 2 Year old children. She moved to OLRLC in 2019 from St. Anthony Catholic School in Robstown. Texas. She has a degree of Bachelor of Arts (AD Theology) in 2012 and has been ministering to children at various locations since then.

Sister Pablita Elesterio, O.P. assists Sr Perlita in the care of the 18 month to 2 year old children. She has been performing this function at OLRLC since 1990. Sister Pablita has a BS in Elementary Education from the Philippines and a Del Mar degree in Early Child Care.

Sister Guadalupe de Vela, O.P. is the Co-director of the Center and she cares for the 3 year old children. She has been performing this function at OLRLC since 1997. Sister Guadalupe has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Arellano.

Sister Amor Vigare, O.P. cares for the 4 and 5 year old children. She has been performing this function at OLRLC since 2016. Sister Amore has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Santo Tomas.

Sister Fe Gamotin will be assuming the role of director of OLRLC. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of San Carlos and a Master of Science degree in Education Management from De La Salle University (both in the Philippines).

Sister Teodora Camlimlim is the cook. She plates the gourmet servings for the children and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen. She also assists in the receiving and releasing of the children from the facility. She is a certified Nurses Aid in Guam. Her degree is a Practical Nurse from The University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.
